About Siobhan

Siobhan is passionate about providing responsive assessment, collaborative recovery care plans, and high-quality psychological and therapeutic intervention. Siobhan works with children, adolescents, and adults. Siobhan specialises in treating generalised anxiety, social anxiety, depression and mood-related disorders, adjustment difficulties, emotional dysregulation, social/peer conflict and interpersonal difficulties, school refusal, and parenting-related challenges. Siobhan uses a wide range of evidence-based treatment interventions, including dialectical behaviour therapy, cognitive behaviour therapy, trauma-focused cognitive behaviour therapy, cognitive analytical therapy, solution-focused therapy, positive behaviour support, and school refusal and sleep difficulties specialised training.

In her spare time, Siobhan enjoys being outdoors with her busy family and their cheeky (and very lovable) Beaglier dog. Siobhan loves staying active and enjoys beach runs, nature walks, and weekend adventures. Siobhan is deeply passionate about personal growth and lifelong learning, and she brings the same warmth, energy, and curiosity to her work with clients.
